Why people choose Stanton
- A pad on every plank. Each floating Natural Beauty floor comes with an IXPE foam pad attached, 1 to 2 mm thick, so there is no separate underlayment to buy.
- Two cores to choose from. SPC lines are thin and rigid, about 5 to 6 mm in all, for dents and busy rooms. WPC lines are thicker, 6.5 to 12 mm, and feel softer and quieter underfoot.
- Every plank width. From 4 inch boards to 12 inch planks, a 5 inch herringbone, and 16 by 32 inch stone looks.
- Waterproof by Stanton's own flag. Every Natural Beauty line we carry is marked waterproof.
The floors
SPC, the rigid core
Natural Beauty 4, 7, 9 and 9XL are wood looks named for their width in inches. Natural Beauty Herringbone lays a 5 inch plank in a herringbone, and Natural Beauty Stone brings marble and concrete looks in 16 by 32 inch tiles.
WPC, the softer core
Natural Beauty Basics, Max, Lux and Summit step up in thickness, from 6.5 mm in Basics to 12 mm in Summit, with Summit in 10 and 12 inch wide planks.
Glue down
Flex II is a thin glue down vinyl, for rooms where a floating floor is the wrong answer. We show it when you ask for it.
The warranty, in plain terms
Stanton publishes a warranty sheet for each Natural Beauty line, with its installation guide, care guide and spec sheet. The documents are linked below and on each line's page, and Stanton's own document governs.
How we install it
The Natural Beauty planks and tiles click together and float over the subfloor, on the pad attached to them, so nothing is nailed or glued to the house. The subfloor under it needs to be flat, and we check it when we measure. Flex II is glued down.
Living with it
Sweep or vacuum, then a damp mop with a cleaner Stanton's care guide allows. Felt pads under furniture keep a vinyl floor looking new.

Can Natural Beauty go in a basement? Yes. A waterproof floating floor is a good choice for a basement slab that is flat and dry enough.
