Cutting waste is the flooring lost to cuts at walls, doorways and the ends of rows.
Every real job has some. A rule of thumb:
0% when you are buying floors and the waste was already included.
5% for a professional flooring installer.
7% for a general contractor, or someone handy who does not specialize in floors.
10% for a homeowner or DIY who wants a little room for error.
Either way, we recommend an extra carton or two: for overages, for the unforeseen, and as
attic stock, kept back in case of accidental damage later, since a style may be discontinued
or unavailable by then.
Enter your room size and we will work out the cartons.

Room ideas
Pasadena in any room.
At its real width, in rooms made for trying floors. Change the room, the light or the floor.
Brentwood Hills is an engineered hardwood line from Legacy Flooring Collection made with European White Oak. It is a character grade floor, so the visual story is oak with character rather than a plain, uniform surface.
A price code is a color, violet through red, that places a floor among others of its kind by its price supplied and installed. Violet is the most affordable, red the top of the range.

It makes floors quick to compare here and to match to their samples in the showroom. The price of your job is the one on your written, line-item estimate. A floor without a code, such as laminate, is priced installed after a free measure.
