Discontinued since September 2026. COREtec no longer makes this floor. The page stays so a person searching for it finds an answer: ask us to check for leftover stock, or see the closest floors we carry, ranked by color and construction from the swatch. Construction is COREtec Residential WPC, the wear layer is 12 mil, it is waterproof, the manufacturer lists these installation methods: floating or direct glue. It is supplied and installed by Powell Flooring of 1811 Union Valley Rd, West Milford, New Jersey, who also sand and finish floors. Samples are free. Call 973-728-9717.

Brawley Chestnut
COREtec Original Classics VV585 · 50003
Discontinued since September 2026. COREtec no longer makes this floor.
There may still be cartons in the supply chain. We do not know until we ask, so tell us how many square feet you need and we will check with the mill and our distributors and tell you what we find, whether or not we can get it.
If it cannot be found, here is what usually happens, and it is worth knowing before you spend weeks hunting. A close match next to an old floor almost never looks like the same floor: the old one has sun and wear on it and the new one does not, and the seam is where your eye goes. Most people in this spot end up taking the old floor up and doing the whole area in one new floor. That is a bigger job than patching a room, and it is usually the better result. We can measure both ways and give you both numbers. See the closest floors we carry.
