## Getting this floor, or its replacement

There may still be cartons in the supply chain. We do not know until we ask, so tell us how many square feet you need and we will check with the mill and our distributors and tell you what we find, whether or not we can get it.

If it cannot be found, here is what usually happens, and it is worth knowing before you spend weeks hunting. A close match next to an old floor almost never looks like the same floor: the old one has sun and wear on it and the new one does not, and the seam is where your eye goes. Most people in this spot end up taking the old floor up and doing the whole area in one new floor. That is a bigger job than patching a room, and it is usually the better result. We can measure both ways and give you both numbers.
