## About Symbiotic 20

Symbiotic 20 is a Fifth and Main high-performance luxury vinyl tile made in the United States. It has a 20 mil wear layer, ExoGuard+® finish, and a total thickness of 0.098 inch, giving you a resilient surface for spaces that need a glued-down floor.

Each piece is 6 inches wide and 48 inches long with a square edge. The line is installed by direct glue and can be used above, on, or below grade, giving it a practical fit for main levels, lower levels, and commercial interiors.

## Who it suits

- Commercial suites and offices that need direct-glue resilient flooring
- Basements and lower levels where below-grade installation is needed
- Main-level rooms needing a 6 by 48 inch vinyl tile format
- Households that prefer a square-edge, glued-down floor

## Design notes

Symbiotic 20 works in a 6-inch by 48-inch format, so the floor reads long and narrow rather than blocky. The surface uses ExoGuard+® finish, and the square edge keeps seams crisp. Colors run from Beachwood, Flaxen, Reed, Sandstone, and Shoreline to deeper Carbon, Cinders, Pitch, Terra, Thicket, and Sweetgum, with Greige, Malt, Plateau, Sparrow, and Bronzite in the middle.

## Living with it

For everyday care, the important surface details are the ExoGuard+® finish and the 20 mil wear layer. Symbiotic 20 is a direct-glue floor, so the finished floor is attached to the subfloor. It can be installed above, on, or below grade, which gives it flexibility for main levels, lower levels, and commercial interiors.

## The warranty, in plain terms

Fifth and Main includes a 15-year commercial limited warranty for Symbiotic 20 and a commercial limited underbed bond warranty. In plain terms, those documents are the place to check what is covered, what is excluded, and what conditions apply. The maker’s written warranty governs coverage.

## Questions

### Can Symbiotic 20 be used in a West Milford basement?

Yes. Symbiotic 20 can be installed below grade, as well as on grade and above grade. That makes it a candidate for lower-level spaces when a direct-glue resilient floor is the right fit.

### How is Symbiotic 20 installed?

Symbiotic 20 is installed with direct glue. That glued-down format is a common fit for commercial interiors and rooms where an attached resilient floor is wanted.

### What size are the pieces?

Each Symbiotic 20 piece is 6 inches wide and 48 inches long. That longer, narrower size gives the floor a plank-like layout while staying within a luxury vinyl tile construction.

### What finish does Symbiotic 20 use?

Symbiotic 20 uses ExoGuard+® finish over a 20 mil wear layer. It also has a square edge profile, so the installed floor has a clean, defined edge from piece to piece.

### What warranty comes with Symbiotic 20?

Fifth and Main includes a 15-year commercial limited warranty and a commercial limited underbed bond warranty for Symbiotic 20. The written warranty documents explain the coverage, limits, and conditions that apply.
