## About Restored Era

Restored Era is a COREtec Originals WPC luxury vinyl plank with COREtec Residential WPC construction. The planks are 7 inches wide, 59.84 inches long, and 0.314 inches thick, with a 22 mil wear layer, UV acrylic finish, pressed bevel edge, and attached cork underlayment.

COREtec rates Restored Era as 100% waterproof, kidproof, and petproof. COREtec says the thicker WPC build is meant to feel softer, warmer, and quieter underfoot, and the attached cork underlayment helps with thermal insulation and sound dampening.

## Who it suits

- Busy households where COREtec rates the floor kidproof and petproof.
- Basements, main levels, and upstairs rooms needing one continuous look.
- Homes that want realistic oak and pine looks in vinyl plank.
- Rooms where a floating click floor is preferred.

## Design notes

Restored Era has realistic wood looks with multiple species, colors, textures, and bevel details. The color range includes Sorrel Oak, Sunlit Pine, Vintage Oak, Washed Pine, and Weathered Oak. Sorrel Oak has a light, vintage-looking reclaimed wood style. The 7 inch width gives each plank a broad floorboard feel, while the pressed bevel helps outline the plank edges without a heavy groove.

## Living with it

Routine care is straightforward: sweep or remove dust, clean spills quickly, and damp mop with a pH-neutral vinyl cleaner. The maker says not to use shine, wax, or polish cleaners. Restored Era is usually installed as a floating click floor with an angle-tap system. Direct glue is also listed for commercial or special uses. It is approved for above-grade, on-grade, and below-grade installation, and it can be installed over existing floors.

## The warranty, in plain terms

COREtec lists a lifetime residential limited wear warranty for Restored Era. COREtec also lists a 10-year medium commercial limited warranty. These warranties relate to listed wear coverage, with terms, exclusions, and definitions controlled by COREtec’s warranty document.

## Questions
