## About CT O CLSSC 7x48

CT O CLSSC 7x48 is a WPC luxury vinyl plank from COREtec with COREtec Residential WPC construction. The planks measure 7 inches by 48.03 inches, with a 0.314-inch thickness, a 20 mil wear layer, a UV acrylic finish, micro bevel edges, and attached cork underlayment.

COREtec says this collection is 100% waterproof, stain resistant, and made for homes with children and pets. COREtec says the thicker WPC build is meant to feel softer, warmer, and quieter underfoot, and that the core will not warp or buckle.

## Who it suits

- Kitchens, mudrooms, and everyday living spaces
- Finished basements and lower-level family rooms
- Households with children and pets
- Bedrooms where a warmer, quieter vinyl plank is wanted

## Design notes

CT O CLSSC 7x48 has a wood-look design with a modern natural appearance. The color range includes Hemphill Oak and Plainfield Oak. The surface has realistic wood texture, and the micro bevel edge gives each 7-inch plank a smoother plank look. With 48.03-inch lengths, the layout reads as a straightforward plank floor.

## Living with it

Day to day, routine care is simple: sweep or remove dust, clean messes promptly, and damp mop using a pH-neutral cleaner made for vinyl floors. Skip shine, wax, and polish cleaners. This vinyl plank is usually installed as a floating angle-tap floor. Direct glue is also an option for commercial or special-use spaces. It can be installed above grade, on grade, or below grade, and it can go over existing floors.

## The warranty, in plain terms

COREtec includes a lifetime residential limited wear warranty for CT O CLSSC 7x48. COREtec also includes a 10-year medium commercial limited warranty for Resilient WPC. In plain terms, these warranties address wear coverage under the limits and conditions COREtec sets, and COREtec’s written warranty document governs.

## Questions

### Can I use CT O CLSSC 7x48 in a West Milford basement?

Yes. CT O CLSSC 7x48 is listed for below-grade installation, and COREtec says the collection is 100% waterproof. It is a WPC vinyl plank, so it is a practical choice to consider for basement family rooms and finished lower levels.

### Is this floor a good fit for dogs and children?

The vinyl plank surface has a 20 mil wear layer and UV acrylic finish. COREtec says the floor is made for homes with children and pets and is stain resistant, which helps with normal household messes.

### How is it installed?

Most homes use the floating angle-tap installation, where the planks lock together over the floor. Direct glue is also available for commercial or special-use spaces. CT O CLSSC 7x48 can be installed above, on, or below grade.

### Will it feel hard or cold?

It is still a resilient floor, but COREtec says the thicker WPC build is meant to feel softer, warmer, and quieter underfoot. COREtec says the attached cork layer helps block noise and reduce cold transfer.

### What does it need for cleaning?

Keep grit off the surface by sweeping or removing dust, clean spills promptly, and use a lightly damp mop with a pH-neutral vinyl floor cleaner. Shine, wax, and polish cleaners are not recommended.

### Can it be installed over existing flooring?

Yes. The product can be installed over existing floors. It uses an angle-tap system for floating installation, and direct glue is another listed method for commercial or special-use areas.
