## About COREtec Originals Premium VV704

COREtec Originals Premium is a wood-look luxury vinyl plank with residential WPC construction. This version pairs a 7-inch width with a 7.5 mm overall thickness and a 20 mil wear layer. Each plank measures 48.03 inches long and includes a UV acrylic finish and attached cork underlayment.

COREtec describes the floor as waterproof and says its thicker WPC core adds comfort. Embossing and pressed bevel edges give the surface texture and define the individual planks. It brings a wood look to households that want vinyl flooring with straightforward routine care.

## Who it suits

- Households wanting wood looks with regular sweeping and damp mopping
- Basement rooms needing a floor suitable for below-grade installation
- Kitchens where a waterproof vinyl plank is a priority
- Households interested in attached cork for COREtec's stated sound-reduction benefits

## Design notes

The 7-inch-wide planks have a wood look, embossed texture and pressed bevel edges that outline each board. Their 48.03-inch length gives you a specific plank format to consider alongside the room's layout. The five colors are Blended Caraway, Blended Cocoon, Blended Praline, Blended Sienna and Blended Umber. COREtec describes Blended Caraway as having a realistic wood-grain texture for a natural appearance.

## Living with it

Routine care means regular sweeping and damp mopping with a pH-neutral vinyl cleaner. COREtec recommends cleaning spills promptly to make removal easier, and says the UV acrylic finish helps with cleaning and stain resistance. Installation is usually floating click, using an angle-tap system. Direct glue is another option for commercial or special-use spaces. The line can go above grade, at ground level or below grade, including basement rooms. Attached cork underlayment is part of the plank.

## The warranty, in plain terms

COREtec backs this line with a lifetime residential limited wear warranty and a 10-year medium commercial limited warranty. The residential warranty addresses wear, while the commercial warranty applies to medium commercial use. These are limited warranties, and COREtec's warranty document governs the coverage and terms.
