This version pairs 9-inch-wide planks with a 30 mil wear layer, a UV acrylic finish and attached cork underlayment. It gives you a wood look with embossed texture and enhanced painted bevels. COREtec describes the floor as 100% waterproof and says its thicker core adds comfort underfoot. The planks come in three lengths: 27.55, 55.11 and 82.67 inches. That combination of width, thickness and varied lengths distinguishes this version of COREtec Originals Premium. ## Who it suits - Households looking for wide-plank oak or maple looks - Families wanting routine sweeping and damp-mop care - Basement rooms needing a floor suitable for below-grade installation - Households interested in attached cork underlayment ## Design notes The 9-inch width gives the wood pattern plenty of space, while embossed texture and enhanced painted bevels define the individual planks. Multiple lengths add variation to the layout. Color examples include Grande Aleta Oak, Grande Toasted Mocha Oak and Grande Vanilla Almond Maple. Oak and maple looks give you different visual directions within the line, with a UV acrylic finish across the collection. ## Living with it Routine care includes regular sweeping and damp mopping with a pH-neutral vinyl cleaner. COREtec recommends cleaning spills promptly to make removal easier. The floor is usually installed as a floating click floor with an angle-tap connection; direct glue is another option for commercial or special uses. It is suitable for above-grade, on-grade and below-grade rooms, including basements. COREtec says the attached cork helps with thermal insulation and sound reduction. ## The warranty, in plain terms COREtec backs the floor with a lifetime limited residential wear warranty and a 10-year limited medium commercial warranty. The residential warranty addresses wear, while the commercial warranty applies to medium commercial use. COREtec's warranty document governs the coverage, including its terms, conditions and limitations. ## Questions ### Which version of COREtec Originals Premium is this?
